Started in 2005, my relatively young business already has an enviable portfolio in floor & wall tiling, bathroom re-fits plus home improvements & repairs which I specialise in for both domestic and commercial companies.

AKD Property Solutions offers a personal and professional service which is second to none. My client base includes private residential customers, building contractors, interior designers, letting agents & tiling companies.

I regularly work alongside a small dedicated team of local qualified and experienced tradesmen including a Gas Safe plumber & heating engineer, electrician, carpenter/joiner and plasterer. By working together regularly we know that we can all rely upon each other to be where we should be at the right time and carry out the intended work with the minimum of fuss and maximum care and professionalism. This guarantees continuity on all my projects combined with the highest level of workmanship and enables them to be taken on from start to finish without the need for my customers to employ different contractors to work on the same job.
